Lately I’ve been adding hints of colour into my wardrobe, starting with this mustard faux suede jacket from Misguided! I bought this feeling slightly impulsive and ‘crazy’ however it’s been an item that I’ve been loving over the past few months and It’s rapidly becoming one of my key pieces in my Spring wardrobe! It’s more than easy to style for any occasion, whether it be a casual weekend outfit or a smart evening look, I find that this jacket works wonders in adding something a little different to your day-to-day wardrobe.
Styling this jacket came a-lot easier than expected, I’ve loved styling this jacket with a basic striped tee, some high waster mom jeans and some suede loafers however I decided to dress it up a little bit! When I received this jacket I sent a picture of it to my mum, obviously for a bit of reassurance that I hadn’t just purchased something that was going to make me feel like a walking hotdog (you know, cause it’s the colour of mustard…ha?) but she liked that I was adding colour to my wardrobe and when your mum gives you a reassurance of a purchase, you know that you should keep it, I mean if no-one else likes it, at least your mum does!
I went for an everyday basic, the plain white tee! An item that surely everyone has in their wardrobe, I paired this with some pleated wide leg trousers, which I sort of feel like McHammer in, yet a little bit more updated and chic – But still I wanna do the dance, not gonna lie! I then wanted to edge this look up a little bit so I decided to wear some fish net ankle socks, which I think really pulled the look together!

Stunning outfit!!! xwww.ashrealasitgets.blogspot.com
Bloody love this outfit, the jacket reminds me of one I've recently fallen in love with in Zara, I'm just wondering whether it would be worth the purchase since it is just such a striking piece and therefore not very wearable but yellow/mustard is such a lovely colour xelectraviolet.co.uk
Love this look so much! I've seen similar trousers in pink in Topshop and am so tempted to buy them! xxJessie | allthingsbeautiful-x
